It equals a SearchWiki (though I'm not sure it's really accurately named). Google has enhanced their search response capabilities with their introduction of SearchWiki, allowing the user (presuming they are in their gmail account) to organize the results of any search result page. It's particularly useful for terms that you frequently use, as you can reorganize the results and even add pages that did not come up through the standard search process.
